Introduction

Liberty Care Agency, LLC is located in West Chester, Ohio. Our Agency was established in June 2010. We are committed to serving individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors. We are committed to creating a safe, loving and caring environment for the total development of the individual.

Honors

Liberty Care Agency was selected as the Best Agency of the year in Butler County in 2012. We have successfully gone through two reviews since the Agency started and this year 2014, the Agency came out successfully without any citations.
